FIRST MEETING FOR STAR

STAR (Sister Taking Active Roles) will hold it's first meeting on Wednesday evening, Sept. 18, from 6-8 in the EHS Library. STAR is open to all females at EHS in grades 9-12. Please contact Ms. Dubbs (Wiederholt Meier) if you have any questions

GREEN EDGE MEETING

Are you interested in environmental issues and the outdoors? Come to the library conference room at 7:15 am on Thursday, September 19 for an organizational meeting of Green Edge.


KEY CLUB

Key Club, our high school service organization through Madison West Kiwanis, will be meeting this Friday at 7:20am in the instrumental music room in the PAC! Please come to learn about and plan more service projects. New members still welcome! See Ms. Backman or Sarah Meyer with questions!


KOATS FOR KIDS-VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

The 34th Annual Koats for Kids distribution at Community Action Coalition begins soon. Would you & your friends like to distribute coats and winter accessories to families in need this winter? Please see Campus Ministry for sign up information.


SERVICE OPPORTUNITY

Volunteers are needed to help serve dinner at the Catholic Multicultural Center from 3:45 to 5:15 on Tuesday, September 24. Please see Mr. Shannon in the Science Center or Mr. McKinley in Campus Ministry if you have any questions. This is a community meal program that serves less fortunate families of Madison.


VOLUNTEERS NEEDED AT VILAS ZOO!

RED PANDA DAY: Saturday, September 21st, 10AM-2PM Keeper chats, trainings, story time, and kids’ activities! RUN WILD:Sunday, September 29th Hundreds of kids and adults will be walking, running and exploring at Run Wild. All run volunteers will receive an “Event Crew” shirt.
