Attention Sophomores and Freshman that took the Practice ACT Exam. Please stop by Student Services and pick up your results from Mrs. Link if you don't have them already.


SERVICE OPPORTUNITY

Volunteers are needed to help serve dinner at the Catholic Multicultural Center from after school until 5:15 pm on Tuesday, April 28. Please sign up in the commons at Ms. Ross's table. If you have questions, please see Mr. McKinley or Mr. Shannon. The CMC's St. Martin House is a community meal program helping the less fortunate.


INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED PIANO PLAYERS WANTED

Attic Angel Place (west side of Madison) is looking for people to play prelude music and three hymns during Sunday morning services starting in the fall. There would be a scheduled rotation; Sight reading and intermediate piano skills considered. Applications for the Senior CROSS Retreat are now available. All juniors who are interested in attending this retreat next fall should apply now. Applications are outside of Campus Ministry and are due back on Monday, May 4th. VOLUNTEER AT ST. MARY'S HOSPITAL

St. Mary's Hospital is looking for volunteers. Students engage in 6 hours/month of service Saturdays or Sundays 9-noon or noon-3. This is an opportunity to learn about hospitals, practice professional skills, explore vocations, and work with other students from around Dane County. VOLUNTEER for Race for the Cure

The South Central Wisconsin Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure is looking for volunteers for the 18th annual South Central Wisconsin Race for the Cure. The Race is Saturday, May 30th at the Alliant Energy Center on Willow Island. Volunteers are needed at the start and finish lines, as course marshalls, at sponsor tents and by being the cure. CLOTHING DRIVE WITH ST. VINCENT DE PAUL YOUTH SERVICE COUNCIL

Are you looking for a way to clean at that crowded closet? Come donate to the Annual St. Vincent de Paul Clothing drive this week. All the clothes donated will be used to help clothe the less fortunate. All donations should be put in the blue buckets in the commons hallway. AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL LETTER WRITING CAMPAIGN!

Muhammad Bekzhanov has spent 16 years in prison - he has been beaten, suffocated and given electric shocks. Help to free him - write a letter- save a life- Stop torture in Uzbekistan - Amnesty International will be sponsoring a letter writing campaign on Wednesday April 29th - during lunch mods in the commons- stop by and sign on to this important cause!


EDGEWOOD MAY DAY SERVICE PROJECT

Students! What are you doing May 1? Come to EHS 9am-2pm. Work with maintenance and a team of your friends on the grounds. The forecast is 70 degrees and sunny and you'll earn service hours for your labor. Edgewood Parent Committee and EHS President Mike Elliott are looking for 20 volunteers.
